WHAT FILE TYPES WE ACCEPT?

We prefer vector files such as .ai, .dxf, .dwg, .svg, and .pdf. For engraving, we can also work with high-resolution .jpeg files. If you're unfamiliar with these formats, don't worry, we're here to help with all your Artwork needs.

CAN YOU ASSIST WITH ARTWORK PREPARATION?

Absolutely! Whether you have a photo, hand-drawn sketch, or just an idea, we can collaborate with you to create the perfect design for your project.

WHAT MATERIALS CAN YOU CUT?

We cut wood, acrylic, and plastics with our CO₂ laser cutter (up to 600x400mm). While we don't cut metals, our Fibre laser engraves precise designs on stainless steel, aluminium, and brass (up to 100x100mm).

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE?

We collaborate with logistics partners for overnight and international shipping. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our Berkhampsted studio during business hours.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ONE-OFF PROJECTS?

Certainly! We cater to both individuals and businesses, producing one-off pieces or larger quantities. While there may be a minimum order price, we'll advise you on the most cost-effective approach for your project.
